COTTAGE RULES, terms and conditions 

  1. All tenants, accommodated, their guests are obliged to follow these cottage rules.
  2. Before taking over the building keys, the service operator will notify the guests of the cottage rules, which are put up at the entrance to the building and are part of the rent agreement.
  3. The building is reserved in advance by paying the full amount for renting the cottage to the account of the service operator in the bank.

By paying the full amount, the customer agrees with the cottage rules and declares that he is informed about the premises, the cottage rules, the complaint procedure, the cancellation fee and the price list of the ordered object, the GDPR.

 

  1. The service is paid for in advance, before taking over the keys from the compound.
  2. By taking the keys from the compound, the tenant takes over the observance of these cottage rules. After receiving the keys, the tenant will check the compound and report any damages immediately.

 

  1. Visits are not allowed, we do not accept visiting hours. Every person present in the building using the rented premises pays for the stay, regardless of whether he/she sleeps in the building/uses a bed/, because he/she uses the premises of the rented property. Participant – the present person uses the premises, inventory, property of the rented compound.

 

  1. The operator has the right to continuously check the number of people (maximum number of people is 5) in the building, to warn of inappropriate behaviour, destruction of property. In case of a gross violation of the cottage rules and after considering the situation, he can report to the police patrol, invite the accommodated, tenants, their guests to leave the building without the right to a refund.

It is not allowed to stay in the building to persons who have not paid for the stay and have not reported their presence to the service operator. The cottage cannot be used with pets.

  1. There is a strict smoking ban in the building, which the landlord has the right to check.

It is forbidden to use and store narcotics and addictive substances in the rented building and on the premises.

 

  1. Keep order, keep the silent hours after 10.00 PM. The person who rented the building and signed a lease contract with the service operator is responsible for keeping the silent hours.
  2. Cottage equipment, inventory as well as textiles (bathrobes, bath towels, slippers, bed linen, ..) are the property of Severanka Cottage, so we ask the residents after their use to leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
  3. Arrival to the accommodation is after 02:00 PM, departure until 10:00 AM in the morning, or by agreement.
  4. The accommodated persons agree with these cottage rules by taking over the keys from the compound, signing the lease contract, or entering in the accommodation diary.
  5. The minimum length of stay at the compound is two nights.
  6. Cancellation fees: The 100% refunded fee is for the cancellation of accommodation at least two weeks before the start of the accommodation. 50% refunded fee is for cancellation of accommodation reported 7 days before arrival. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival is without the possibility of refund.
  7. In case of inappropriate behaviour in cottages, damage to movable and immovable property, it will be transferred to the offence department for suspicion of committing an offence §50, paragraph 1 of Act 372/1990 Coll.
