On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle) and a dining table for 6 people. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV with satellite reception, board games, but also Lego brics for smaller children. Electric underfloor heating and converters ensure heat even in winter. On the ground floor there is also a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs there are 3 cosy bedrooms with a capacity of 7 beds. Two bedrooms are 2-bed with a double bed, the third is a 3-bed with a double bed and a single bed. We are happy to provide a cot for smaller children.
In the fenced garden you can relax in the stylish gazebo with seating (there is a portable Weber grill and a goulash kettle). Your children will have fun on the playground while you enjoy a coffee in the gazebo. Car parking is available directly at the building. If you come with your own bicycles or skis, we will provide you with space for safe storage. WiFi internet connection is a matter of course.
